Special Events at The Londonderry Inn

The Londonderry Inn is also an excellent venue for any special event, from birthday parties to afternoon teas to board meetings.

The parlors on the main floor are ideal for a bridal shower, a women's tea, a baby shower, an anniversary party and more.

The Conference Room on the lower level boasts a magnificent wood table with seating for up to twenty, and the original stone walls create a unique atmosphere that is perfectly suited for dinner parties, rehearsal dinners and corporate retreats.  Various multimedia options provide capabilities to facilitate all of your presentations, such as a flat screen TV, an Apple TV, a sound system and WI-Fi capabilities.

Breakout Rooms on the lower level provide smaller, more intimate spaces for further vision work, team building, or an area to unwind.

The Pool Table Room is a great space for fun or to enjoy a little friendly competition.  If needed, the pool table can be covered over and makes a great buffet service space for catered meals.

The beautiful grounds around the Inn provide additional space to converse, to rest, or to refresh and restore.

Six Stately Bedrooms give the option of exceptional accommodations for out of town guests, or just to keep everyone on site together. 

The Inn is a perfect venue for a wide variety of events.  We understand that every celebration and event is unique, and we would love to help make your ladies' luncheon, graduation party, committee meeting or business retreat a one-of-a-kind experience. 4-hour event $350 plus tax – Conference Room OR Main Floor (Parlors) 30 ppl max
6-hour event $450 plus tax – Conference Room OR Main Floor (Parlors) 30 ppl max
4-hour event $600 plus tax – Both event spaces (includes patio) 60 ppl max
6-hour event $700 plus tax – Both event spaces (includes patio) 60 ppl max
Add the patio for $100 – additional 15 ppl

4-hour backyard Rehearsal Dinner $500 plus tax (includes main floor) 60 ppl max
6-hour backyard Rehearsal Dinner $650 plus tax (includes main floor) 60 ppl max

Set up and clean up time is within rented hour(s) agreement.
