Pet Policy & Rules

 

We are pleased to welcome well-behaved canine companions to The Inn. To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests—both two- and four-legged—please review and adhere to the following pet guidelines:

General Pet Guidelines

  • Only one dog per reservation is permitted, with a maximum weight limit of 20 pounds.

  • A pet fee of $35 per night applies, along with a refundable pet security deposit of $200.

Behavior & Housekeeping

  • Dogs must be fully house-trained and display calm, non-disruptive behavior at all times.

  • Excessive barking or aggressive behavior toward staff, guests, or other animals will result in immediate eviction without refund of booking fees or deposit.

  • Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the room and must be crated if left unattended inside the room. A crate will be provided for your convenience.

Restricted Access

  • Pets are only permitted in the Napoleon Room, which offers direct access to the Inn grounds.  The property has nearby access to a community park and walking trails.

  • Pets are not allowed in any other indoor areas of the Inn.

Cleanliness & Responsibility

  • Pet waste bags will be provided, and a designated pet relief area is located on the property.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A $50 fine will be issued for failure to properly dispose of pet waste.
