Here at The Londonderry Inn we strive to make every guest experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Our guests come stay here to relax, refresh and restore as well as enjoy the opulence and historicity that this Inn possesses, including our well manicured grounds. For this reason we strictly uphold the following policies. 
Smoking: Not permitted anywhere inside nor near the entrances of the inn. Violators could face possible charges of $500 - $3,000 for us to clean and restore the room to its original condition, including the necessary days that the room is out of commission for its restoration.

Pets: Not permitted

Disabled Access: Not accessible

Suitable for children: Yes, 12 years old and above. Each room is furnished with fine antiques and any damage will be charged to that guest's account. We also are careful to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests. Therefore parents are responsible for discerning their children's suitability for staying here at the inn. 

​Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of their actual arrival or departure date. Guests who need to depart prior to their reservation end date will be expected to honor their reservation commitment. No-shows are also responsible for full payment of their entire reservation.

For regular rates, cancellations made 10 or more days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation processing fee per room, per night. For any cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given and credit card will be charged for the full stay.

(In order to book with Military/Government 10% discount on total per reservation, you may book online at the regular rate price, paying 50% deposit upon booking and upon arrival showing your appropriate ID to receive discount off remaining balance. Also at booking with regular rate will this rate type of cancellation policy apply. Only one discount is offered per reservation.)

Check in time is 3 - 5 pm early or late check in can only be accommodated with advance notice and is dependent on availability. Please call the inn on the day of arrival to inform us of your estimated check in time or arrange for after hours check in. Check out time is 11 am. Late check out can only be accommodated with consent from the innkeeper based on availability that day. Late check out without innkeeper consent will result in additional charges of $25 per half hour past standard check out time, as we require that time to prepare the room for our next guests' arrival.

Cancellations 10 days or less before arrival receive no refund.
